Walt Disney Classes

Last night at midnight(eastern time) the disney classes were open. What a hectic process! When registration opens, it shoes a log in screen and it asks for your last name and your email. On the next page you pick what program you are in (disney international program or disney college program), an then you hit continue. On the next page it shows all the classes that are offered, you can look at videos about the classes or the syllabus for the class too. Then there is a page where you can check the different reasons why you want to take classes. I just left mine blank. The next page there is all the classes, you just check the class you want and press continue and you are registered! I registered for Exploring Disney Heritage and Exploring Environmentally and Sustainability. In my disney heritage class, we learn about how disney became the company they are and the process Walt and Ron had to go through. Personally I was the girl who wrote speeches and papers on Walt so I am super excited for that class. The environmentally and Sustainability class is one class that I was not expecting to take, but when I read the syllabus, it sounded super fun. We learn about how disney is environmentally friendly and what they do for recycling and how they run Disney’s Animal Kingdom There are field trips in both of the classes that go to the parks, and there is no homework or tests in those classes as well. They are also FREE. So they are just really cool facts about disney. Any of the Exploration classes are free and have no homework or tests involved in them. Some of the classes require you to have a certain major as well. When the registration opened at midnight, there was some issues. Anyone who registered for an exploration class was not really registered. We all got “blank” emails where it said we registered for a class but it didn’t list that class that we registered for. Finally Disney fixed the issue and everything works okay now. I am so excited to take these classes and really learn about Disney :)

My family grew up on video games. We all played them and still do! When my boyfriend and I first started to hang out (before we were dating) we would play Nintendo 64 ALL THE TIME! It was a really fun way to bond and connect with each other.

My boyfriend and I really like playing games, and chess is one that we will play when we are bored. He ALWAYS beats me though! I was also in the chess club in elementary school (nerd alert!) but I really enjoyed it and I learned a new skill!
